Hayley's background includes working in industries including professional services such as legal, retail banking, digital/IT and mining. She is an adaptable generalist with expertise in developing and delivering the Burke Lawyers’ Human Resources strategy from workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding through to professional development and performance management.
Hayley has a natural ability to build authentic relationships, negotiate and communicate at all levels throughout our business. A lover of pink, Hayley is a breath of fresh air coupled with a practical approach to help our team members to grow and realise their contribution to the vision of Burke Lawyers.
As our lead Wellness Ambassador, Hayley and her team ensure we take regular and important pauses to drop the shoulders and take a well-earned break to relax and engage as a team beyond the day-to-day work requirements.
