Kate acts for a broad range of clients at all stages of their property transaction.  From commercial, rural and residential conveyancing related property law matters, acting for vendors in large off-the-plan developments to advising retirees regarding retirement village agreements.

Kate’s Property Law expertise covers:

Kate has experience advising clients in relation to the drafting of Contract of Sale of Land and other forms of Agreements including Granny Flat Agreements, Loan Agreements and Deeds of Family Arrangement handling complex registration matters such as adverse possession applications and complex stamp duty applications.

Kate works with self-managed super fund clients assisting them with complex stamp duty assessments.  She also has extensive experience working with retirees to realise the equity in their properties to help fund their retirement.

As a Special Counsel Kate manages matters from beginning to end and as the senior property lawyer and also provides support and guidance for our conveyancing team when senior input is required.

Outside of work you will see Kate relishing the limitless energy of her two sons with their school and sporting activities.
