We have been working closely with Infotrack in using their SettleIT platform for bulk settlements and our trial of this program recently was very successful in coordinating multiple settlements.
Our focus is to assist our developer clients in obtaining efficiencies and reducing costs wherever possible, for example:
- by making the preparation and execution of contracts of sale faster
- reducing paperwork and printing costs
- making the settlement process faster
- having easily accessible portals so that all parties are kept informed as to the status of a project and
- making the process easier for both vendor and purchaser, their solicitors, banks and selling agents.
We are currently working with Infotrack on trialling a new platform called PlanIT for off the plan developments which achieves the efficiencies noted above. This will also enable us to prepare bespoke contracts with special conditions to suit our developer clients’ needs and finalise sales more quickly.
